I take time for relaxation.
My days are full of activities, people, conversations, and lists of things to complete. Even though I might be thwarted from accomplishing everything I would like to today, I am still comfortable with carving out some time for relaxation.
When I relax, it gives my mind and thoughts a replenishing rest from all the stress of the day.
I see relaxing as one of the most important things I do for my own health and well-being. In addition, my rest time enables me to be successful in everything else I do every day. I never feel guilty for taking time to relax.
Instead, I look forward to the time I have each day to kick back and do whatever I want to bring regeneration to my soul. It is no surprise that my favorite part of the day is the time I take to relax.
Today, I know I can truly enjoy the time I spend relaxing.
I am well aware that my cherished moments of relaxation ensure my continued health, happiness, and success in life.
The time I take relaxing is necessary for my very existence. I have every right to experience time for relaxation.
1. Do I take time to relax every day? If not, why not?
2. How do I feel on days I relax? How do my emotions on those days compare with how I feel on days I do not take time out for myself?
3. What are some things I can do to ensure that I will relax at least 30 minutes each day?
